To address those that say go somewhere else, do you think this was a first choice for anyone? I have put out well over 50 applications to part 121, 135, 91 companies, attended job fairs and other than the so called better regionals I had received no calls until Allegiant called. And on the day I was at the interview I received 3 more interview offers but none were any better than Allegiant. Those that are joining the ranks are not the enemy, please do not forget that.
Relax Fish, no one is calling our new folks the enemy. We are all in this together. If regional guys come here looking for a stepping stone, fine, just so long as they understand what they are signing up for. They are asking questions and looking for different perspectives because they see the news, hear the stories and know it's a big deal to hitch your wagon to a company.
And yes, at one point, Allegiant was actually a first choice for many that came here years ago. Before the company lost its way caving to extreme greed, it was a great place to work
