Maybe it's best to stay engaged and "advocate" the Nic and include a statement of protest and let the arbitrators decide its applicablilty ? As it is, the LAA proposal is STILL almost certain to NOT include the pure Nic.
Still haven't heard what Silver is going to specifically say about all this.
