If you aske me, the reservist had every right to request that. As far as I know, we are no longer offering relief from the CBA and providing a hotel is required by the CBA. He or she was simply making sure the company was abiding by the contract. In the amount of time it took for the "scheduler" to argue, an email request could have been sent to Hotel Connection requesting the reservation, which would have had to happen regardless. So, What was the point of arguing?
