Line pilots and instructors for sure
To be more accurate said rsv pilot accepted the assignment and called the hotel to confirm his reservation and they didn't have one. He then called scheduling back and got a fellow pilot on the line. That's when he told the story of having to buy his own hotel the week before and that he wouldn't be going this time without a confirmed reservation. That's when the "scheduler" started getting irate. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!
