The TDY for August reveals an interesting perspective on QOL at G4. There are 550 pilots on the seniority list. This list includes management/non-line flying pilots. There are 55 TDY assignments for August. Any other airline have over 10% of their flying pilots on a temporary assigned base? So TDY of over 10% of your entire seniority list. Looks like G4 doesn't know how to staff their unique non-standard airline. I guess that "home every night" concept is shrinking, and with the new bases opening up, I'm sure the 10% number will increase soon.
