Its only for 2 to 3 months at the front end of a multi million dollar career.

I think we should push for full line pay from day one, raise first and second year pay to a couple percent below third year pay and pay for hotels for the entire footprint. Its would be the right thing to do and would help reduce the "golden handcuffs" that weaken our industry and put people in positions to have to say yes to everything.

That said, its only for a few months at the front end of a miltimillion dollar career. Anyone should be able to manage that, especially in this industry.
