Bottom line: Envoy pilots have filled 70% of the new hire classes at AA this year. Yes they are '99 hires. BY the end of the year, it will be 2001 hires. We didn't hire from 2001 to almost 2004, so guess what? Next year will be 11 year flow. Once we get to 2008 hires, we didn't hire from 2008 to 2010. The only big group left after that is the 2011 guys, at 325. Very easily, the flow will work fine, if not even faster.
If you are looking for a place to move forward from, envoy seems to be a good choice. Don't listen to tools who have no interest in anything but seeing envoy fail, like Eaglefattie and FirstTool; Neither of these individuals works for envoy. One is definitely an industry rookie(LastClass), likely broadcasting from moms basement while he awaits IOE.
I thought you guys were all joking around. Is your flow really 16 years? Why would someone want to go there and why are you saying it's a place to move forward from? What am I missing? How long is reserve and how long is upgrade?
