Until management fixes the QOL here, it's still hard to recommend someone to come here. 30-40% of our pilots on reserve is simply unacceptable.

But cujo is right in regards to the flow being valuable. If your ultimate goal is to work at one of the big 3, then I would come here. If it's not and all you want is a quick upgrade and instant gratification, then don't.
