A combative, incompetent, abusive and adversarial scheduling department that willfully violates the contract on a daily basis while laughing about it to our faces and is openly hostile to pilots. Call the chief pilot and all he'll say is "fly and grieve it, biatch!" Missed Assignments (and loss of a day's pay) given out left and right when you don't even miss an assignment. It takes MONTHS to get it removed since Wilson has cut the balls of the chief pilots who have been told not to remove a MA.

It goes on and on. This place is a mismanaged, miserable **** hole of a company and anyone would be far better off anywhere else. STAY AWAY!!!! AVOID ENVOY!!!! Come here and you will be used, abused and beaten down like a rabid dog.
As a senior CA, it has been some time since I sat reserve. That being said, the rules now and the treatment are much better than they once were. What are you comparing your experience here against? Our reserve rules are quite a bit better than some. Theines have diminished because our attrition has slowed a little and management also ended CDOs because some were abusing the rules on it.

I certainly won't disagree that the days of American Eagle being the big guy in the block, the only regional for American Airlines, is over. The resultant shrinking and pains that go along with it are it pleasant. However, that is almost over. With 40 new 175s coming, the pain will slowly go away. You also forget to mention we do have a flow that has accounted for over 60% of all new hire classes at AA in the last 2 years.

What is your position at envoy? I think I could guess but I don't want to be presumptuous.
