I strongly suggest that you read all the transcripts and get yourself familiar with the courts order. I disagree that's it's a simple as you believe. The way I understand it, the courts "order" doesn't not require ANYONE to recognize the Nic except USAPA as a position of recognition. APA and AAG are almost certainly in lock-step NOT wanting to create any appearance that they support even covertly USAPA's possible further obstructionism, but that does not mean anything other then that.
I think AAPSIC is fully ready to deal with the possibility of a "NIC-only" integration counter-proposal by pre-merger U pilots, whatever the make-up of that committee. It's just that previously the status quo wasn't in legal question and now it is. They've punted to the arbitrators to ensure that they are playing fair in this issue.
