15 new hires is not absurd in any way.
Only if you remain in a perpetual state of contraction. If you send 20, let alone 30 to AA every month and at least another 15 or so accept other job offers, you'll need WAY more than 15 new-hires/month. Either that or slow the flow which impacts the projections.
Bottom line: There ARE no viable certainties for when a pilot could expect to upgrade or flow. It's all projections and promises.
