If you have your 135 IFR mins, try Aeroflight out of BFI. I had a great time flying checks around the NW.
I worked for the Harvey family for a while and I didn't find it so bad but they do do things differently. Also, you may have an opportunity to fly jumpers in their 182s then upgrade to a the Caravan on the weekend. I had fun there. PM me if you have any questions.
