I will caution you that a typical newbie mistake is to get caught up in the paegentry of the airline business and make a career decision based on the paint scheme of an airplane! This would be a VERY bad way to select a major airline, and is ludicrous when selecting a regional. There are MANY criteria that you must consider which are actually important to your career, family, and QOL...the paint scheme is NOT one of them.

Eagle's affiliation with AA is almost totally meaningless, they hae different unions and the AA pilots hate eagle pilots (and vice versa)... and the flowthrough agreement has expired!

It is probably a good idea to avoid the few regionals that are known to have horrible training programs, but the majority are about the same as eagle: Roughly 10% new hire washout rate.
