I too took an unemotional look at this TA.

In a period of unprecedented growth, now is not the time for concessions. Make no mistake, this TA is a concessionary shell game. Too many bad deal work rules, etc...


Kudos to the company. They played our MEC and the negotiating team well.
KUDOS TO ALPA, for making us think they are on our side. I dont think the company "played" our negotiating team, I think this TA was planned and accepted long ago. The sales pitch that is going on right now must have taken a year to develop and practice before implementing. My trust is gone.
