We have more FOs than captains in most categories, even in categories that don't have 3 or 4 pilot augmented crew requirements. Given that CAs generally have more vacation and sick than FOs, how are you not getting the same number of green slips if not more? Where I'm at (nyc717) the CA greenslips faaaar exceed FO greenies
