Dude, I get a lot of what your saying, but you do realize you have sent 100s of guys to Mesa psa and tran states right? This industry would be a much better place if qol and pay fueled regional recruiting demands.
Envoy has a average/below average contract post bankruptcy. If you're trying to funnel every new hire to a regional that has good qol and pay you should be stumping hard for Skywest, ExpressJet, Horizon, and Air Wisconsin.
