Nope, there was somewhere between 150-200 flows that made it into the snapshot.
Under the APA proposal (or whatever its called) placed plenty of flows senior to third listers even though their DOH were after said third listers.
I had about 100 placed ahead of me that should be junior.
I don't have the exact numbers, but the number of pilots who flowed to AA and were on property prior to 12/9/13 (the "snapshot" date) was I believe between 550 and 600. A few are now captains at AA with OCC dates (AA's version of "DOH") in 1998.
