Under the APA proposal (or whatever its called) placed plenty of flows senior to third listers even though their DOH were after said third listers.
I had about 100 placed ahead of me that should be junior.
Well they weren't just flows for starters, they were new hires. Not sure why the need to call them such a derogatory name.
It wasn't a DOH SLI.
IMO it should've been at least DOH after Feb 2013 and maybe even 2012 when the merger was first announced. Would've prevented a lot of heartburn.
