The problem some people had with the last thread was not the title, it was the content. This question has been discussed in detail numerous times, regarding numerous airlines. It is compared to the "Jet or T-prop" threads because that one as well as has been seen hundreds of times. Your best bet is to utilize the search function that this forum offers.
On another note..
I am not with the regionals but what I have learned from the search function is that most companies are looking in the ballpark of 2000TT with 1000 in type before upgrade. An ATP is not required since your type rating covers the ATP when you upgrade.
And on another note... It was also discussed here in a previous thread that the upgrade times do not matter ie. upgrades taking 1 year, 2 years etc because if you got hired at say 500 hours and flew 700 per year it would take you over 2 years to even be eligible for an upgrade as far as times are concerned which I feel is yet another reason to not jump the cfi ship at 300-600 TT.
Hope some of this helps, someone with actual knowledge of the subject and regional experience can jump in but I think I am pretty close on the numbers. do NOT expect someone to just list the upgrade requirements for every airline
