Default Income abuse

After much consideration, I am standing to say this ta does not go far enough...to deal with those among us who are unreasonably entitled when it comes to our compensation agreement as delta employees.

I demand our mec redraft the present TA to include language that will provide when an employee earns more money per month than they ACTUALLY need to live....that the excess should be immediately rebated to delta.

We MUST stop this payroll abuse...it is costing delta millions in unnecessary expense and damaging ALL of our circumstances and credibility to allow this unconscionable behavior to continue.

WE MUST WEED THESE OFFENDERS OUT!

I suppose, if someone should occasionally have need of some extra income in a particular situation, above and beyond any 'personal' determinations....I propose delta create a 'payroll czar' who, after proper documentation, explanation, and INVESTIGATION...could evaluate the genuine nature of such requests.

The excess income from that pilots monthly check could then be released incrementally, saving us all from being identified as 'payroll abusers'.

As a veteran of the b-scale 'military leave abuse' conflict, I feel particularly informed and qualified to offer this forward thinking and innovative contribution.

Now.....the rest of you...get back to work.
