Typically a line holder works four days a week and has three off, trips are built so one would expect four legs a day. Trips are built that are commuter friendly and for those who live at base and want to show early on the first day and end before 1300 on the last day to beat rush hour traffic. Remember, all of these are options but they're all based on seniority.
ALL open time is paid at 150%, cancellation, deadhead, ferry and repo pay is all paid at 100%. pay is block or better paid on a leg by leg basis. Duty rig is 2:1 and trip rig of 4:1.
As for drops and swaps it really depends on staffing levels. Currently AWAC is staffed appropriately unlike other regionals.
