Maybe EagleFly or so eone who is could/would post the information. For information's sake vs. an argument, if y'all didn't flame him to death just for explaining what it all means.
824 pilots are a non issue as they flowed after snapshot. The pilots that comprise "traditional" flow-through with OCC seniority obtained prior to start or completion of training are Supplement W (Letter 3 in the former AE CBA) pilots (OCC '98-'01). Those that elected to pass on THIS flow-through were termed "Eagle Rights" pilots who stayed at Eagle and couldn't be displaced (in theory) by native AA and former TWA who exercised flowBACK rights to AE (this protection was diluted in a subsequent arbitration). However, some of these pilots elected to flow later via the 824 agreement, but their seniority positions and rights were no different than street hires. Once a pilot declared ER in the Supp. W agreement, they could not change their minds and had to wait until that flow agreement was completed via expiration and then reselect just like any other Eagle pilot once the new 824 flow agreement began. I know several pilots much senior to me at Eagle who went ER and then flipped to go in the 824 agreement costing them over 2000 numbers to where they have been on the present AA list (senior to me) had they chose to take the risk of flow-through under Supp. W.
Ouch.
