Is that what DD also thought? Face it people, there has been pilot pushing for years! How many others that didn't have the finances that DD had (before him and after his firing) just give in and go against their own good conscience? These types of disputes like DD's don't happen at a union carrier because the pilots have a recourse. There is a process in place in which the pilot doesn't have to worry about being fired and having to pay out of pocket to try to get his job back. If skywest was union when that happened, DD wouldn't have been fired to begin with, let alone have to pay for his own defense.
