I don't think I said that anywhere. I said using sick leave when
not sick is abuse. I support DALPA and the company going after anyone who can be
proven to be doing so. I am against changing the sick leave policy (the very one the company insisted we adopt in C2012) to reduce overall sick leave usage to address their staffing problems. I think I've been pretty clear.
