Just trying to think this through and figure out if you have an actionable plan. The current MEC, acting as a pretty cohesive team, needed about a year to move forward on a "high speed low drag" push for a TA. Your new team, if fully in place by April or May next year would have us in this same spot by mid 17, which is when some version of this team will be working on C2018.

Surely you disagree, but realistically, what are your expectations?
I don't know if every Rep that voted "yes" needs to be recalled, but certainly based on some of the writings and actions of some, I would surely support it. If the TA passes, then it is a moot point as far as time. If it fails, we have at least 2 to 3 years of mediation anyway, so we will have time to get some new people up to speed right? (Tic)
