SWA is great but most guys don't seem too happy with the company when I'm jumpseating. Slow upgrades and a contract 3 years late.
Exactly right. SWA runs a lean manning model. The combination of low manning and very efficient trips makes it easy to make money if you want to.

I definitely agree with the 2'nd part as well. The co. is overplaying their hand and ****ing off lots of people in the process. I like the scheduling, flexibility, and the ability to earn but I wont bend over backwards to help the co out until I see a drastic change in management style.
