This TA needs to be dropped into a paper shredder. The house needs to be cleaned, with bleach, and perhaps replaced (DPA).
Then, surveys should go back out to the pilots. Maybe they'll pay attention this time.
Then, it's back to square one at the negotiating table.
I have 20 years of flying to go. I'm not under time pressure. I live below my means. So, I'm not under money pressure, either.
Lets take our time and achieve a TA that is appropriate to the times we are living in, and one that is more reflective of the sacrifices we have made in our careers.
Above all, I want my dignity. Anything that disrespects me, as a professional, will be rejected.
