This sort of news release makes it seem so:

Seriously? Our own "Union" is putting out information that is clearly designed to push RA into a credibility corner? These guys need to go. Really, really
soon.
Every one of these MEC admins will work as hard as they can to punish us for this. No question. Exactly why they cannot be allowed back in to negotiate. They're poison.
