"Training Salary: Training pay is calculated at 3 hours per day for every day within a training curriculum, including days off. Breaks between Basic Indoctrination training and initial aircraft training are not paid training days, but you will continue to accrue guarantee during this period. In addition, you will receive a per diem allowance in accordance with the UPA. Pilots are paid on the 1st and 16th of each month for the preceding Bid Period (month). Please reference the UPA for further details regarding compensation.
Hourly Base Salary: Your starting hourly rate of pay will be $68.08, subject to all applicable federal and state withholding and employment taxes."
