"Training Salary: Training pay is calculated at 3 hours per day for every day within a training curriculum, including days off. Breaks between Basic Indoctrination training and initial aircraft training are not paid training days, but you will continue to accrue guarantee during this period. Point of reference:
I had 10 days off between indoc and Fleet training. Also a month off between sim and OE. Paid 3 hours per day the entire time plus perdiem. The one caveat is the month you do IOE you are paid a minimum of 73 hours, 3 hours per day(if that exceeds 73) or what you fly. For me I had 15 days of OE blocker days at 45 hours and a trip worth 25. So I got 73 hours, clear as mud
