For me I had 15 days of OE blocker days at 45 hours and a trip worth 25. So I got 73 hours, clear as mud

All,
The above information for many of you,ESPECIALLY new Hires is critical. When I finished IOE in May, I had to remind the crew desk of my 3 days off I was given(based on my previous call to the desk) after IOE. Now this is where it might confuse. When I told the crew desk this they did give me 3 days off by using my remaining 4 days off in a ten day period[prorated per the contract, wrong]. So I had one other day off. I begged to differ and quoted references from section 20 and 5. Naturally, they disagreed.
Well fast forward. After a closer look at my schedule, someone at the crew desk converted my month of flying from a line(based on the above information so graciously provided) to a reserve line. Just went in and completely changed it and put me on reserve. Well because my line at 3 hours per day plus my IOE met the LCF for the month, I was done flying and had 14 days off instead of the 4 days off the crew desk wanted to give me. How'd I know all this. I didn't. I read the contract and had a lot of help from my New Hire Mentor. KNOW YOUR CONTRACT. The SCREW DESK does not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
