Hey all, having been through the interview process and doing multiple interview preps I've gotten to see the benefits. However, it seems to me like applicants could further their preparation using some online resources. I realize no interview prep is a complete comprehensive solution but any additional resources to take the stress out of the process would certainly have been of benefit to me. I'm considering building an online resource for interviewees to further prepare. This particular solution would probably be a place to review HR type questions, obtain knowledge test information outlines backed up by real resources, review known knowledge test questions, and provide a detailed review of the cog test.
