Military competency to CFII qualification
Mongo the first part is true-assuming that you attended some sort of training course-like the p3 bubbas have FIUT or the VT bubbas a have FITU.
I know there are dudes who were not instructors on any level scamming the system using how the 3710 aircraft commander duties include "training" as a way to justify the equivalency.
That's Not the intent.
Or primary IPs using that to get a multi engine CFI-when they were never designated as instructors in a ME aircraft.
Obviously it's up to the FSDO, but that's the type of stuff that's going to ruin it for the legitimate IPs.
