I am not taking anything personally, I just find it very funny that everyone wants to weigh in on why this company doesn't deserve a raise and better QOL, yet offer no realistic ideas as to what we do deserve. I am not wanting a salary level that will put this company out of business, but to be "realistic" as you put it is ridiculously subjective and offers no tangible outcome to what the union is fighting for. Of course we are operating on the basis of being realistic. But your perception of reality might be slightly different than the 10 year FO at NetJets.
