But this happens in the RLA negotiating process all the time. Just the first time here at Delta is all. No need to panic. Let's take our time before we start changing all the rules or talking about an independent union.
Guys like Harwood have been playing God behind the scenes much longer than this contract debacle. Management got cocky after pushing C2012 through and decided to go for the long ball (with the help of their special teams). The membership woke up and threw the spotlight on those characters and is just now realizing the system has cracks.

Splinter Cell Moak training camps from the early 2000's were taught how to exploit the weaknesses within the DALPA system. Those weaknesses are finally being talked about. Let's address those going forward.
