Yes my conversational sources are good. I don't need to be more specific for their sake. And reading objective reports about EAS awards is quite illuminating. Competing with Great Lakes is a good way to race to the bottom ... especially if you can't or won't deliver. (Boutique is growing quite fast on sizzle. But ... it's easy to outshine a loser.)
