We are slowly working out way toward proper staffing so the schedules are getting slightly better. I am scheduled for 13 days off this month as a captain and that has not been the case in recent months because of being understaffed, average is around 80 hours. The people are awesome to work with. The pay is pretty good considering the type of operation and aircraft we are flying. Captains start at around 61/hour with a 72 hour gurantee, FOs have a probationary pay for 6 months then it goes up. I don't remember the FO pay rates. As of November we will be an all NG fleet. We supposedly just raised a rather large number of sign ups for membership as well as investors. There is a plan to alleviate our current problem of being intrastate only, however I do not know how close we are. We plan to open Texas early next year.
Thanks for the info! The SA revenue model seems to support a great aviation product/experience.
