Do you want to be in a major interview telling them you were an awac pilot because they treat their employees well and have a great contract or do you want to tell them you went to PSA because you saw a percieved shortcut , emphasis on perceived, where you believed that chasing a quick upgrade somehow makes you more deserving than somebody with more experience than you.
There is a Great Lakes pilot that recently got hired at AA at the age of 25.
Nobody cares where you came from. Except Delta, who doesn't touch Comair guys.
Go to whichever company you think offers the best of what you want out of the job. Get in the training dept or some other leadership role and network. That's how you get the next job, not by picking the one with a great contract.
