Have you actually heard of guys leaving Compass to go to Endeavor just for the bonus money? If so then TSH better get their act together. They've been spoiled by how willing people are to come here without ANY monetary incentive besides a fast upgrade. It can't be long until Compass starts offering a bonus (hiring or retaining) of some sort.
People aren't
leaving Compass for Endeavor, but potential new hires that are from MSP or east of the Mississippi are picking Endeavor for the money. It's been cited multiple times when they've called to cancel a spot in class.
