UPS to Hire 33 New Crewmembers

UPS today notified the IPA of its plans to hire an additional 33 crewmembers. The following is a statement from Flight District Manager Matt Capozzoli regarding the Company's hiring plans:

"UPS is pleased to announce our intent to hire an additional 33 pilots beginning in August 2015. UPS's decision to hire these additional pilots is driven by attrition and anticipated retirements.

The company’s business needs will dictate the timing and pace of future job opportunities. We will continue to focus on operating a safe, on-time airline and taking every available opportunity to grow our business.
