Indeed. And honestly, what the hell was he doing up at 13,000? If I were to do something like this, I would imagine it would be way more enjoyable, as well as less hazardous, to cruise along a few hundred feet above the trees. Why can't morons like this just go get a hot air balloon ride and be happy?
