Online petitions are great for raising awareness but I don't think Tim Canoll will accept them for purposes of calling a Special LEC meeting. Don't forget that Canoll is a Moak guy too. He will do everything he can to delay any recalls of the YES voters on our MEC.
We are going to have to petition him "in writing".

C. SPECIAL LOCAL COUNCIL MEETINGS A special meeting of the Local Council may be called by the Chairman at any time, and shall be called by the Chairman upon written request by the Master Executive Council, the President of the Association, or two or more Local Council Officers. The Officer or Officers requesting such special meeting shall state the agenda for inclusion in the Chairman's published notice. When the President of the Association is petitioned in writing by thirty percent (30%) of the Active members in good standing of a Local Council, he shall, within fifteen (15) days, direct the Vice PresidentAdministration/Secretary to call a special meeting. The Vice President-Administration/Secretary shall publish notice of the time and place of the meeting, and the agenda items included in the petition. Such meeting shall be convened within forty five (45) days of receipt of the petition by the President.
