Canoll has the power to call the meetings.
He doesn't have to wait for petitions. Maybe if enough people write to him we could appeal to his sense of fair play. Explain to him that we are offended by our reps blocking all recall attempts. Or maybe convince him that its in the long term best interests of the Association to take the lid off this boiling pot here at Delta before it explodes in his face. We just want a vote.
Its a long shot but it might work.
