And the retention bonus has effectively restored the 4+ year FO to at least the old pay rates if not more. Incorrect. Some of us are still here, early '08 hire. I have every CA position above my current position on my bid. This month I'm holding a line for the first time in years (Mock has me back on reserve next month). The bonus did restore my pay to what I earned ten years ago at another company on second year pay.
I personally dont have a problem with people above me complaining about the hit they've taken. There has been plenty of misery to share here.
