Thanks for the quick reply. Right now upgrades are pretty high. Flew with a captain the other day who was fresh off ioe on the 170 and it took 7 years. The 145 has about a four year upgrade. That would require a move to shuttle and I'm not interested in any of their bases. I've only been with RAH for a year. So it wouldn't be too big of a paycut.

Especially with the current contract. We're supposed to get a new contract soon. But we've been told that before. And we've got orders for more 175s but I'm not sure how we will staff them.
