Begs a question, why didn't c12 have these protections? Or the original jv agreement? Why is it every ta we are told this is the best ever protection and the very next TA we need a fix, might cost us something, but it's worth it.
Actually this ta the fix is to give up EASKs for block hours, next TA we will probably say we need EASKs back and a ratio that is nothing but status quo and so on. Makes for a good rich union lawyer job protection program.
