Actually this ta the fix is to give up EASKs for block hours, next TA we will probably say we need EASKs back and a ratio that is nothing but status quo and so on. Makes for a good rich union lawyer job protection program.
Well, that may be I guess. There is no such thing as a bullet proof perfect contract that need never be changed. The Constitution is the closest to perfect, but that is being fundamentally changed.

The landscape is continually changing. We need to adapt to those changes. I didn't like the bh provision either because of the immediate give back, but the logic of the change is sound. I know you don't agree, and I hope you are right. Time will tell.
