I fully expect "We don't comment regarding ongoing contract negotiations with our pilots".
That replaces "We have always had a close working relationship with our pilots, pilot risk has been taken off the table".
I would be surprised if they say anything about the EMB's either. Maybe "Nothing has been approved, next question".
