My fourth year starts next April...and that is when I expect to upgrade...I thought it was going to be December but they downshifted recently.
So now I am estimating later winter early spring...I am about 65 away from the upgrade.
Upgrade is 4.5-5 years and I don't see it dropping anytime soon. The most recent class finishes in Aug/Sept, so best case maybe another class of 10 or 12 to close out the year IMO.
