Even if this had passed, the E190 was not coming until 4Q 2016. The junior Captain in SLC has been here 16 1/2 years. By the time the 190's arrived you could have held 73 or 320 CA in SLC anyway. Besides, I don't remember anything about the 190's planning to be based in SLC.
